Introduction to Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (the "PRIVACY POLICY") applies to your use of the DROPADD application only but does not apply to any third party websites that may be linked to DROPADD.

The terms "WE", "OUR" and "US" refer to DROPADD and the terms "YOU", "YOUR" and "USER" refer to you, as a user of DROPADD. The term "PERSONAL INFORMATION" means information that you provide to us which personally identifies you to be contacted or identified, such as your name, phone number, email address, and any other data that is tied to such information.

By visiting this our application, you agree and acknowledge to be bound by this Privacy Policy and you hereby consent that we will collect, use, process and share your Personal Information in the manner set out herein below. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Application.

Account information

If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on DROPADD, we ask for and record Personal Information.

The Personal Data that we collect may vary based on who you are. As part of the registration process, we collect each User's first and last name, Business name and address, Email and phone number. We will also collect any additional information about yourself that you choose to include as part of your User profile, which may include a profile photo; we will also collect Business logo.

How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

We use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• We use your name, business name, email, contact details to share your selected posters with your details.
• We use your details to respond to your inquiries, comments, feedback or questions.
• We use your details to send administrative information to you, for example information regarding the DROPADD and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.

Enforcement

We may use the information we collect in connection with your use of DROPADD (including your Personal Information) in order to investigate, enforce, and apply our terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.

User can update or correct personal information

As a registered DROPADD User, you can modify some of your Personal Information and your privacy preferences by accessing the "Account" section of this app.

Security for collected information

Security

Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect the Personal Information that is stored in our database. We limit the access to your Personal Information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function, such as our customer service personnel.

Your Choices

Whether or not you provide Personal Data to us is your decision, but if you choose not to provide information that is needed to use features of the DROPADD Platform and/or DROPADD Services, you may be unable to use those features. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may change, modify or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the amended terms on the DROPADD Platform at least thirty (30) days before the effective date of the changes.

Use

Welcome to the DROPADD app ("Application") ("we" or "us"). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of this application, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the application(the "Application").

This application is offered and available to users who are 18 years old or older. By using this Application, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us. If you are not 18 years old or older, you must not access or use the Application.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Application following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so that you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Accessing the Application and Account Security

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Application, and any service or material we provide on the Application, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the application is unavailable at any time or for any period.

• Ensuring that all persons who access the Application through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and comply with them.

To access the application or some of the resources it offers, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Application that all the information you provide on the application is correct, current, and complete.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by us, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian Copyright Act and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You Must Not:

• Modify copies of any materials from this application.
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from this site.

Subscription Services

All Content made available on the DROPADD App can be availed only by registered Users who have registered under a subscription model ("Subscription User"). You may need to register yourself on the Site to avail these services on a subscription model ("Subscription").

Payments

This is a fully paid app, user will need to subscribe to the plans listed in the app to access all the features of this app. Users can use multiple payment options to subscribe to this application.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with 'DROPADD', we invite you to review our return and refund policy.

Definitions For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Application means the software program provided by us downloaded by You on any electronic device, named DROPADD
• We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement refers to DROPADD.
• Service refers to the Application.
• You mean the individual accessing or using the Service or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Nature of Application

• While developing this application, we decided to make all uploading content visible to all users who have downloaded this application.
• The user does need to provide primary information like his/her name, mobile number and email to view and check the content on this app.
• Users can subscribe this app only after confirmation.
• After subscribing to the plan, the user can start sharing and downloading content.

Refund Policies

Services related to the plan will be activated immediately once the user subscribes to the plan.

• If money is deducted while subscribing to the plan and the plan is not activated but the money is credited to our account, then plan will be activated by us.
• The transaction will not be accepted until the money is credited to our account.
• As per the format of DROPADD, we have already kept all the information pages open and only after the user is convinced, the app will subscribe and share and download all the information immediately. For this reason, once a user subscribes to the Service, they will not be refunded for any reason, with few exceptions.

Exceptions:

• In the future, if the user does not want to continue our service due to blocking the application for more than 48 hours without any notice from us, the user can request a refund from us and after confirmation 50% of the total amount will be refunded to the user within 15 working days.
• As per the rules given by us, even if user does not get the proper services, the user can still ask for refund and after making sure, 50% of the total amount will be refunded to the concerned user within 15 working days.
• Money will not be refunded for any reason other than the above two.
